Exquisite rock, friendly approach, and lots of high quality routes. Sunset offers cool summer climbing, but can get pretty cold and windy from December through March.
Parking is extremely limited and is strictly enforced. If the lot is full, continue to the
Point
Park
ranger station, which has additional parking for about ten cars.

Cliff Layout/Instructions: The main trail into
Sunset
Park
leaves from the parking area on the West Brow Road
, and descends down to the top of Sunset Rock proper. Walk left, down a series of steps and switchbacks to intersect the trail at the base of the cliff, which stretches out in either direction. To the right is Sunset North; Sunset South lies to the left.
