Mouse Creek Perennial grows more than 600 varieties of hardy herbaceous perennials, some 300 varieties of unusual annuals, 60 varieties of herbs and a variety of vegetable transplants. Also located on the property is the historic Walnut Grove Methodist Episcopal Church, which was built in 1855. The church was moved to the site in 1989, and restored over a 10-year period. The building is used for gardening lectures, garden club meetings and weddings. A special candlelight Christmas service is held each year. Visitors are invited to tour the greenhouse and display gardens.

Hours: Spring through Fall: 9am-5pm Mon-Sat, Closed Sundays

Directions: Traveling I-75, take Exit 42 (Riceville). Listed on interstate attraction signs one mile North/South of exit. Exit interstate onto Hwy 39. Travel East one mile to County Road 67. Turn right. Look for large Mouse Creek Perennial sign.Travel one mile to entrance on right.
